Liverpool is the first of a number of assessment centres which NDK intend to set-up across the UK.
Within our high profile, state of the art offices at the top of The Plaza, Old Hall Street in Liverpool, we can extend a warm welcome to candidates or employees of clients who are required to undergo online psychometric and ability/aptitude testing. We offer cognitive (verbal and numeric), personality profiling and managerial judgement assessments.
Online assessments can enable clients to make sound, valid judgements in the selection and development of individuals. They offer a dependable insight in to personalities, preferences and working styles, such insights can take a long time to achieve when working with observation alone. The cost-benefit of Assessment continues in the long term, it can help to prevent staff turnover, enhance performance and avoid incorrect appointments or promotions. It can also support the development of effective teams and help to avoid conflict.
We have a dedicated office offering a quiet, comfortable area in which candidates can complete a range of leading edge assessments. All candidates will be welcomed and briefed by a member of the NDK team. All assessments are conducted in a controlled environment, with full identity checks to ensure validity. The process is fair and objective to the client and individual being assessed as we play a neutral role.
Clients benefit from speedy and accurate feedback by our qualified Assessors who are Level A and Level B certified by the British Psychological Society. This can be conducted either by telephone, or where a greater degree of discussion is required, face-to-face.
The Liverpool Assessment Centre is ideal for use by organisations who do not have specialist assessment expertise in-house and need to assess candidates within a recruitment campaign, or assess existing employees in periods of change.

All assessments can be conducted on the client's premises with the minimum of intrusion. This is an added value service where the situation requires a high-touch approach perhaps for Executive level assessments or for volume assessment. An NDK Assessment Specialist can guide the process by attending onsite and ensuring all of the controls and facilities are appropriate, and that all parties are aware of their roles.
Feedback can be in the form of an electronic report for ultimate quick return, or the NDK specialist can offer added value telephone or face-to-face support and analysis.

The vast majority of the leading edge psychometric and ability tests are available online. NDK can enable clients to assess many individuals, simultaneously, across multiple locations, and it should be noted, many languages. This approach requires no supervision or trained administrator onsite.
