For roles which will attract a higher volume of candidates and can be openly advertised, and for roles where the candidates may be registered on the international NDK database, we can offer a more simplified selection offering; a lower cost alternative to Executive Search.

We partner with an outstanding creative advertising agency to produce targeted, attractive marketing materials for both online and offline candidate attraction. We negotiate rates on our clients’ behalf and manage all response, removing the labour intensive administration demands from clients. NDK operates an innovative CMS (Candidate Management System) which allows tracking of all candidate applications and full feedback on return on investment in advertising at the conclusion of a campaign.
